Do you offer free trials?

No, we do not offer free trials. Our best suggestion is to sign up for a monthly membership to try it out. Occasionally, we offer limited time promos. If there are any available, it will be posted on our website and/or Twitter.


Is this service for new traders?

To some degree. You should know at least the very basics. We are not a full blown education center.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can manage your membership by logging into your account on the website. You must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 

Are there real-time trade alerts?

Yes, you can set alerts #trades to be notified when CF enters, exits, or takes a target in a trade

Is this an option trading service?

The types of trades vary based on the trade setups and the current market conditions. The Trend Portfolio Program is stock based whereas CF’s trading account can be a mixture of options and stocks. If you prefer to trade stock over options or vice versa, you can always trade the same name/setup, but trade the stock rather than options or purchase options rather than stock to accommodate and better fit your trading style.

l work fulltime, can I still use your service?

Absolutely! You can easily set alerts for Slack based on your preferences. 

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on any of our services. We recommend purchasing a 1 month membership to try our service out. If you love it, then you can upgrade to our annual option.

Refund Policy

  • The Tribeca Trade Group does not offer any refunds on memberships. We highly encourage you to purchase a one-month membership to try it out before purchasing a 6 month or annual membership option.                
  • All sales of any DVD’s, Books, E-Books, or other Digital Software is final. The Tribeca Trade Group does not offer any refunds on products, content, materials, and the like. We highly encourage you to ask questions before making a purchase. There are no exceptions.
  • If a subscriber hassles these policies, The Tribeca Trade Group reserves the right to deny any future purchases from that subscriber.
  • This policy is posted clearly on our website and was included on the checkout page at the time of your purchase. By purchasing one of our products and/or services, you agreed to this policy and to all of our disclaimers on the website.

Is there live audio?

While there is not continuous live audio throughout the trading day, there are weekly live Q&A and daily audio files with market updates.


Do I have to purchase the MarketWebs (MW) Indicator to be a member?

No. We highly encourage purchasing MW because it paints an amazing roadmap for trading; however; it is not required.


What is the best trading platform?

 This is a personal preference, there’s no absolute! Each platform has its pros and cons.
