Themes 1-17-17:
1. Indices finished in the red. Notable was Small Caps IWM -1.4% which got smoked today,
and indicated risk was off today
2. Banks got crushed today KRE -3.6% as bonds rose.
3. Biotech XBI -2.4 clearly not out of the woods w/ no clarity on the Trump ‘o Care plan yet.
4. Defensives climbed – with Miners leading GDX +2.7% Staples and Utes were also +1%
